Self-Care is Not Self-ish

Taking time for yourself is not selfish...it is a necessity. As teachers, we spend hours working on lesson plans, grades, etc. With some districts being virtual, we now spend time creating content for our online platform and reimagining activities so that students can still learn. It is time to take a time-out.
